Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with your booking.
- Please carry your original driving licence. Indian renters must carry an Aadhaar card with a linked mobile number. Non-Indian renters must carry their original passport.
- The refundable security deposit varies by bike model and is shown on its booking page. It is handled separately at pickup.
- The displayed rental rate includes 18% GST. The refundable security deposit is separate from the online rental payment.
- Two helmets will be provided free of charge.
- The included distance is shown on each bike’s booking page. Each extra kilometre is charged at ₹5.
- Door delivery and pickup charges start at ₹200 and may vary by distance. The final charge is confirmed separately.
- In case of cancellation, the rental payment is not refunded.
- The online payment shown at checkout is the full rental amount for the selected dates, including GST. A bike is reserved only after successful payment.
- Booking dates cannot be postponed or brought forward after confirmation.
- The refundable deposit is returned when the bike is returned, subject to any applicable damage, distance or traffic charges.
- Check bike availability before travelling to a pickup branch.
- Renters must be 20 years or older.
- The renter is responsible for damage to or loss of the vehicle during the rental period.
- Fuel costs are the renter’s responsibility.
- No refund or discount is provided for excess petrol left when the bike is returned.
- Drivers and renters are responsible for their driving, their own safety, passengers’ safety and the bike’s safety.
- The renter is responsible for any traffic challan issued during the rental period, including one reflected after the bike is returned.
