Rental Requirements
- Valid Driving License - Original required at pickup
- Government ID Proof - Aadhaar, Passport, or Voter ID
- Minimum Age - 18 years or above
- Security Deposit - Fully refundable upon return

Booking & Payment
- Advance booking is recommended for guaranteed availability
- Payment accepted via UPI, Cash, or Bank Transfer
- Rental period starts from the time of pickup
- Late returns are charged on an hourly basis

- Helmet Required - Must be worn at all times while riding
- No Drunk Driving - Illegal activities will result in immediate termination
- Report Accidents - Contact us immediately in case of any incident
- Damage Liability - Customer is liable for damages beyond normal wear

Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Free Delivery - Available within Chennai city limits for rentals of 3+ days
- Delivery Charges - Nominal charges apply for locations outside city limits
- Delivery Time - Bikes are delivered within 2-4 hours of confirmed booking
- Pickup Service - We collect the bike from your location at the end of the rental period
- Self Pickup Option - Available at our office location with no additional charges
- Inspection Required - Customer must inspect the bike upon delivery before acceptance
