Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with your booking.

1. Please carry your original driving licence. Indian renters must carry an Aadhaar card with a linked mobile number. Non-Indian renters must carry their original passport.
2. The refundable security deposit for this bike is ₹2,000. It is handled separately at pickup.
3. The displayed rental rate includes 18% GST. The refundable security deposit is separate from the online rental payment.
4. Two helmets will be provided free of charge.
5. The included distance is 100 km per day for this bike. Each extra kilometre is charged at ₹5.
6. Door delivery and pickup charges start at ₹200 and may vary by distance. The final charge is confirmed separately.
7. In case of cancellation, the rental payment is not refunded.
8. The online payment shown at checkout is the full rental amount for the selected dates, including GST. A bike is reserved only after successful payment.
9. Booking dates cannot be postponed or brought forward after confirmation.
10. The refundable deposit is returned when the bike is returned, subject to any applicable damage, distance or traffic charges.
11. Check bike availability before travelling to a pickup branch.
12. Renters must be 20 years or older.
13. The renter is responsible for damage to or loss of the vehicle during the rental period.
14. Fuel costs are the renter’s responsibility.
15. No refund or discount is provided for excess petrol left when the bike is returned.
16. Drivers and renters are responsible for their driving, their own safety, passengers’ safety and the bike’s safety.
17. The renter is responsible for any traffic challan issued during the rental period, including one reflected after the bike is returned.
