To rent the Hero Xoom, you need: valid driving license (original) + government ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport, or Voter ID). Foreign nationals require an International Driving License. Documents are verified and returned immediately.

A refundable security deposit of ₹3,000 is required for Hero Xoom. The deposit is returned in full when you return the bike in good condition. Premium bikes may require higher deposits.

Yes! 2 free helmets are included with every Hero Xoom rental. All helmets are sanitized between uses. Premium helmets are available for rent at ₹50/day extra.

No, fuel is not included. You'll receive the Hero Xoom with enough fuel to reach the nearest petrol station. Please return the bike with similar fuel level.
